About the price.
Why $5,000?
Because the price is part of the filter. A free network fills with people selling to you; a cheap one fills with people who aren't running anything yet. The fee is what keeps the room made of operators — and it's a rounding error against one good answer at this scale.
When am I charged?
Only after a human approves your application. Applying and verifying your identity cost nothing, and if we say no you're never billed.
How do I cancel?
Turn off renewal any time from your account page — on the web, or in Settings if you subscribed through the App Store. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's gone genuinely wrong, write to us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out. Memberships removed for breaching the Terms of Use aren't refunded.
